Joy Levin Welan received her law degree, magna cum laude, from the Georgetown University Law Center in May 2008. Joy graduated summa cum laude from The George Washington University with a degree in women's studies and minors in political science and Spanish.  She has cerebral palsy, and was a participant at CHTR for several years.  Please feel free to share your comments and suggestions about this site with her via email.
