You can make a real difference in the lives of children and adults with disabilities by making a financial or in-kind (goods and services) contribution to Circle of Hope. We have various options for individuals, groups and corporations who would like to support Circle of Hope. You can give money to Circle of Hope while doing your everyday shopping simply by clicking on the banner below before you shop. GiveBackAmerica is an online shopping mall that was created to raise money for charities. Retailers pay GBA a commission to refer customers to their site. GBA takes the commission from the retailer and shares it with Circle of Hope.

Sponsor A Rider or Sponsor A Class
At Circle of Hope we are acutely aware of the financial demands with which many of our families are struggling. Individuals with disabilities typically incur substantially greater expenses related to medical care, education, transportation, recreation, and even daily living. Because therapeutic riding provides such profound and positive effects in the lives of individuals with disabilities, Circle of Hope is deeply committed to ensuring that our program services remain affordable. Consequently, our lesson fees cover less than 40% of our lesson costs. However, even at this level, it is impossible for some of our participants to pay lesson fees. By sponsoring a rider, or a class, you are ensuring that power and benefits of therapeutic riding remain accessible!

The Annual Fund
Our Annual Fund helps to support all of Circle of Hope programs, services, horses and riders. These are unrestricted monies used to meet the daily operating expenses at Circle of Hope. Stock donations for the Annual Fund are also accepted and appreciated.

Corporate Sponsorship
Corporate sponsors play a significant role in the success of our special events, from benefit dinners to horse shows. Additionally, as 2007 marks Circle of Hope’s 10th Anniversary, there are some very special Corporate Sponsorship opportunities available throughout 2006. Circle of Hope works with Corporate Sponsors to customize their involvement in order to best meet the corporations’ specific philanthropic, marketing and employee interest and involvement needs.

Capital Projects
Trailers, lifts, trucks, equipment, arena improvements, fencing, footing, as well as ongoing maintenance and repairs, are realities for a horse facility like Circle of Hope. Ensuring that the facility is maintained appropriately is critical to our ability to provide a safe and welcoming environment for our participants and we have ongoing needs for financial and in-kind support in this area.

Memorial and Honorary Gifts
Donations can be made in memory of a friend or loved one – two and four legged. Gifts can also be made in honor of a special person or event in your life. If the donor wishes, Circle of Hope will notify the designated person, or family, in whose name the gift is being given.

Pledge
Some people prefer to make a pledge because it enables them to spread a gift commitment over a defined period of time. If you are interested in making a Pledge, we can work with you to determine pledge amount, pledge period and whether or not you want to restrict your pledge for a specific use.

Adopt-A-Horse
The funds donated through Adopt-A-Horse are applied only to horse care and help pay for feed, supplements, shoes, vet care, and medication for our loyal therapy herd. Adopt-A-Horse pledges can be paid annually or monthly. Oftentimes a group or family will choose to go together to Adopt-A-Horse.

Horse Donations
Circle of Hope’s therapeutic horses serve as unique vehicles for inspiring positive changes in the lives of our participants. Clearly, without people in the community donating horses, Circle of Hope would be unable to operate. If you donate your horse to Circle of Hope you can be assured that your horse will receive exceptional care, unlimited love, and constant attention and appreciation.

Matching Gift
Many corporations, over 500 in the United States, have matching gift programs where they will match the charitable contributions made by their employees, retirees, even spouses. Check with your company or organization to see if they have a matching gift program. Your personnel or human resource department should be able to provide the information. You may be able to double your support to Circle of Hope!

Special Events
Circle of Hope holds several special events each year with the proceeds benefiting our programs. You can help sponsor, or take part in, these fun events and help support Circle of Hope programs and services.

In-Kind Contributions
In-kind giving is the donation of goods or services – such as the donation of hay, equipment, technology or tack. As the donor, you place the monetary value on such a contribution for tax purposes. Circle of Hope maintains a Wish List of items we need. If you are interested in donating an item or service please give us a call.

Stock Gifts
Gifts of stock and appreciated securities are certainly welcomed and appreciated. If you are interested in making such a gift please contact us for our stock transaction information.

Planned Giving
Making a planned gift is an excellent way to help ensure the long-term future of Circle of Hope. You can make a difference that will last beyond your lifetime by naming Circle of Hope as a beneficiary in your will, on an insurance policy, or in a retirement account. If you are interested, please contact us to discuss the many ways in which supporters can create a legacy at Circle of Hope.

Circle of Hope is a nonprofit, 501(c)(3) organization so nearly every gift can be tax deductible. Furthermore, by giving your support you will receive the deep satisfaction of knowing that you are helping to make a profound difference in the lives of children and adults with special needs!
